Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date only if the item is damaged or defective. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within this period, with supporting evidence. Please note that order above $100 are not refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchase
  • Personal preference

Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order.

3. Eligibility Criteria

A return will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described
  • You contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
  • You provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

WTN Essentials reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.

4. Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • There is no cost to you for return shipping on eligible items.
  • The item must be securely packaged and dropped off at the designated shipping carrier’s location.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

If your return is rejected due to ineligibility, we will contact you with further information.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, please follow the return process. Once your refund is completed, you may place a new order for the item.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions, including a prepaid return label if approved.
