1. Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Additional international destinations may be added in the future.

  • Economy Shipping is free and ideal for customers who do not need rush delivery.
  • Standard Shipping is a faster, paid option for urgent orders.

International Shipping (Australia, Belgium, Canada, United Kingdom)

Standard International 6–12 business days $10.00
  • Free Economy Shipping is available for select international destinations.
  • Customers can choose Standard International for faster delivery at a flat rate.

4. Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can track your order here

5. Delays and Carrier Issues

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, WTN Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or border checks
  • Inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer
  • Carrier-related disruptions (USPS, FedEx, etc.)

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping availability may vary depending on destination regulations and carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your location after an order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund if necessary.
