We want you to love your purchase from WTN Essentials (World Trade Net). If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our updated return and refund terms below.
Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date only if the item is damaged or defective, and your request must include supporting evidence. Please note that personalized items, food items, and clothing do not qualify for our return or refund policy. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately for shipping and cannot be canceled or modified, so please ensure all details, including items, quantities, and shipping information, are correct before finalizing your order.
To qualify for a return, your product must:

Be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
Personalized items, food items, and clothing are also not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a solution.
You’ll be asked to provide photo or video evidence of the damage or defect before your return can be approved.
Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Please make sure to review the product description and photos carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
There will be no charge for return shipping on approved returns.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@wtnessentials.com.
If your return is denied due to ineligibility, our support team will notify you with the reason and next steps.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the return process above. Once your refund is processed, you can place a new order for your desired item.
