size M for dogs up to 20 kilos. not so! They could provide better examples of well-known dog breeds so that you can better judge which size you need. My 19 kilogram dog doesn't fit in here!

Much smaller, it says it's for 10-20kg which is false. My dogs weigh 15kg and they do not fit it at all, not even close. I will give it to my sister for her cats. Very dissatisfied that the store doesn't give accurate description.
